In an effort to simplify my life in more ways than one, I'm listing my van and pickup for sale.
First with the van...
2007 Chevrolet AWD Express Van LS pkg
5.3 V8 (great power)
Full power options (A/C works great), keyless entry, power mirrors, power driver's seat.
Tow pkg (I've used to pull aluminum utility trailer).
Rear climate control
Driver's side side access doors are somewhat rare.
Mileage is just under 180,000
I've recently done quite a bit of maintenance on it and would consider it to be in excellent condition.
Only a couple very minor scratches on it that are hardly noticeable.
Vehicle previously from CA (no rust) and was used for estimatics (had a office chair/desk mounted in the rear).
The van has been excellent in the snow and my kids have enjoyed it tremendously (riding in it)!
I'm not in a rush to get rid of it, but I'd like to have my own Land Cruiser or similar for a daily driver.
Never smoked in.
Since my ownership (second owner), I've had the following maintenance completed (I have receipts for everything I've done):
Slotted rotors (Brembo in the front if I recall correctly) - last 5k miles
New rotors on the rear - 5k miles
All new pads - 5k miles
Transmission and all other fluids either changed/checked - 3k miles ago
Radiator flushed
New air filter
New alternator - 3k miles ago
New Exide Gel Battery
New Blizzak tires mounted on 17" steel wheels - 3k miles ago
Alignment - 3k miles ago
Battery isolator and 2nd battery mounted in rear - 2k miles ago
OEM mud guards - 6k miles ago
Bug shield
Thule roof rack rails/locks
Purchased 2nd/3rd row seats (new) - currently has 3rd row mounted in it due to divider limiting room where 2nd row would mount.
Maglite/emergency hammer mounted
The only cons would be that a few speakers in the rear could stand replacement and a few dash lights around the stereo/climate control areas of the dash need replacing. There's a small crack in the windshield but has never increased in size/bothered me (lower left side). The keyless entry works on all doors except for the left side access doors (which is no big deal since I open the door and manually lock it when I park the van).
I purchased the vehicle from the company I work for.
I know the transfer case was replaced prior to my ownership.
I purchased the van last year.
It averages 14-15mpg.
1500W Inverter mounted in the rear
I just installed a mount behind the driver's side divider to fit various size monitors.
The next owner can either keep the Blizzaks with the black wheels or choose another set I purchased mounted on same wheels but painted silver.
Tires on the other set are Goodyear Wrangler ST (all season tire). Both sets are 265.70.17.
I'm thinking $9,500 is fair considering it's in outstanding condition/somewhat hard to locate an AWD van.
However, I'll listen to reasonable offers.
Note: The rear bicycle rack is not included.
Thanks for looking.
PM if interested.
Pics attached (I hope).
