This popped up elsewhere (maybe sportsmobile forum?) and was identified as likely being one of the 4x4 conversions by a guy down in Tiajuana (Crow 4x4 or something like that?) that has done some pretty shoddy work. U Joint has had to fix a few of his conversions I believe. From what I gather they convert them down in MX on the cheap and bring them back to sell them in SoCal.
