2007 King Cab 4x4 Nismo 6 speed (SoCal) $12k
170k miles
Second owner, acquired at about 115k, clean CARFAX no accidents. Bought it off an old man who owned it out in the desert so there’s no rust on it.
I bought it and performed the following at about 115k:
Timing chain, tensioners, water pump, thermostat (all Nissan parts)
OEM platinum plugs
Battery
Snugtop camper shell with flip up drivers side windoor and flip down/sliding cab window and sliding screened passenger side window for camping
Trail ridge tow mirrrors (no towing just for visibility)
Rear diff breather upgrade
About 10k miles later (125k) I did a full front end rebuild and suspension refresh:
Moog upper control arms and ball joints
Moog lower control arms with ball joints
Timken wheel hub assemblies
Moog inner tie rods
Moog outer tie rods
Bilstein 5100 front shocks with ADO medium duty springs
Bilstein 5125 rear shocks
Old man emu medium duty leaf spring pack
Accessories I’ve added along the way:
Weather tech floor mats front and rear
Hitachi coil packs
Heftyfab full aluminum skids
Custom DOM steel welded rock sliders
PRG uniball upper control arms
ADO 1/4” coilover spacers
Wet okole seat covers
Molle rack replacing one jump seat
ARB rear diff cover
Cooper AT3 LT C load tires with matching spare
I do moderate trail rides with it, but it was my daily so big lift or titan swap was out of the question. I think most people would be shocked where these trucks can go with armor and a couple inches of lift. This truck has the newer stronger revised 4 spider gear locker, I checked when I did the ARB diff cover. Truck has been cared for and nothing has been neglected, I’d take it over a frontier with 70k on the clock off a dealer lot. It does have typical Nissan paint issues which I included pictures of, but overall paint is above average for its age. I’d like to keep the truck but life circumstances have changed and it needs to go. Both rear jump seats are included in sale and I can reinstall them for you if you don’t want the molle panel. I also still have the OEM mirrors if you want them. Oil was changed every 5k with full synthetic and a Nissan oil filter.
Titan swap it, get 12” of suspension travel and have a vehicle far more than capable and reliable than anything else in the 12-15k range. The VQ40 is just as reliable and makes more power than the 1GR In the Tacoma, and the frontier has a fully boxed ladder frame with 4 wheel disc brakes.
Title in hand, 12k firm.
