"""
2008 Ford F450 4X4 6.4L ambulance conversion180xxx miles with a remanufactured motor by ford. Factory 4X4. (Reman was before I purchased and I know nothing about it or when it was done)
14ft long Box with 6' + interior height
Runs great and has a ton of power.
Sirens and flasher lights have been removed but all other interior and exterior lights work.
Box interior height can accommodate 6' tall person
Pass through window
Back up camera
Ac and heater in box work excellent (Work off engine while running)
Has 7 seat belts
Solar ready
Vanner 1050 inverter
Diesel parking heater with separate fuel tank mounted.
Sink and faucet installed (still needs water pump, fresh, and grey tanks and pluming before water is running)
Registered NM RV title

Mechanical updates
New mounts for the box(ambulance part)
New AT tires with less than 500 miles on them
Rear sway bar
New steering box

This rig would be a great camping, hunting, fishing or travel rig with great off road capabilities!

Fabulous buy. At 5300' NM guarantees low gearing to support overland travel. I shy away from anything selling in the flat state of Florida but New Mexico, high elevations, mountains close by, means gearing, transmissions, engines built for extreme travel. Plus I love the serviceability of a regular pickup vs an Econoline conversion with an engine buried under the windshield.

I prefer social distancing.

6.4 scares me.

A couple months ago I passed up a local one that was only $17,500 because what I read online about the 6.4. It took a couple weeks to sell. No personal experience, but I don’t want what someone calls a throw away engine in an ‘overland vehicle’.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that was Marshfield Massachusetts former ambulance. If i'm correct she's got more than one New England winter on her chassis.

At that price DESTROKE IT with a 5.9 Cummins for $18k. These trucks are a known thing and so is that conversion. I'm seeing some smoking 6.4 deals out there.
