I just find it very funny when people post ads with very limited details and pictures.
I didn’t see anything in this ad to indicate whether it was an E250 or 350, and what engine it has.
I would imagine it’s an E250 with a 5.4.

E150 weighing in at over 8K pounds?
Scares me!
If I was a prospective buyer, I’d kind of think that I shouldn’t have to look up the Vin.
It should be listed in the ad, but that’s just the way I roll.

As a prospective buyer I check the vin on every vehicle- I’ve disqualified a few from Mismatches in incredibly well written ads.

Not sure about that.
I wouldn’t call the ad sketchy, it’s just not a very complete ad.

Anybody guess what that floorplan is dubbed?

It's an oddball layout for sure. My kiddo would like that the 2nd row of seats is right behind the front row (her least favorite thing about the Westy/50 layout is how far back the bench is from the "action"), but having the galley behind the rear bed is WEIRD.
