Where did you get them Rear LEDS to attach to that rack ?
While I can't answer for his build... they look exactly like the "FlexiFlares" (install post at build thread) my wife and I installed on our van:

You just cut them to the length you need. Easy to install with self tapping sheet metal screws. The photos were taken before we removed the flares and had the rocker panels/fenders Rhino Lined.

Thanks Thom...

I will look them up. Do you use the rhino liner to prevent rust ?

Yes for rust...and also, the flares, while doing a nice job of keeping spray from rocker panel area to a minimum, still limited the slider door opening a bit. As mentioned in that build-thread post link I shared above even with the stock interior slider panel off the clearance was so very close to the fender flare, like maybe an 1/8" or so? And when we saw what the Rhino Liner looked like we just couldn't get ourselves to put those flexiflares back on as we really liked the clean lines with RL alone (example pic below). Very clean and the rockers, even with the larger than stock tires we are running are just fine without the flares.

Go VanGo! I'll probably PM you soon to discuss details, as I'm thinking of heading in the same direction. I've already talked to Boulder Off-Road (super helpful) about the 2" lift for the Express.

Have any idea what your ground clearance is like now? I'm curious about the distance on the sides, from ground to the rocker panels. And did you add the skid plates from Boulder Off-Road?

In Portland, Outside Van is doing Sprinter conversions. But they've also done a few Express vans. You might want to check out Red Sled and Race Ready for some inspiration (Race Ready photo below).
