MASTER BEDROOM: Take the ladder up to your queen sized love nest with luxurious foam mattress, ready to sleep in once roof top tent is raised.
LIVINGROOM: The main area can be accessed by any of the 3 sides, with full mesh screens covering windows & doors to keep it cool in summer. An extension cord brings 110V appliances such as fans, TV, stereo etc into the room.
MULTIROOM: This separate room can be used as a 2nd bedroom for the kids, pets or even 3 more adults.
KITCHEN: Covered by a weatherproof awning, the kitchen includes both 12V and 110V outlets, a stainless steel sink, a Shurflo 3GPM water pump w/quick disconnect & hand shower fed by 20gal/75l potable water tanks stored inside the steel body for protection. Optional propane stove bracket is available for the fridge slide.
DINING ROOM: Dine in style outdoors with a 7ft table which is stowed under the tent when not in use, and slides out easily on a custom bracket. Chandelier not included.
MASTER BATHROOM: Includes a brand new unused Cabelas Deluxe Shower Shelter, just add your own portable toilet for that home style comfort.
ENSUITE: See that tree?
STORAGE: The inside of the main unit can easily hold in addition to a 50l ARB fridge, 2 large 24gal Rubbermaid Actionpackers, the shower shelter, lawn chairs, backpacks and more.
EXTRA STORAGE: The fiberglass nose cone box volume is 87gal and holds a few night's worth of firewood, axes, ammo, tools, trunkmonkey, etc.
POWER & FUEL: Diehard Platinum (Odyssey) PM1 powers a top of the line Magnum MM inverter/charger, can be charged via truck battery, 110V household plug, optional solar (not incl) or generator (not incl). Includes 2x5gal jerry cans with locked brackets.
ACCESSIBILITY: The main steel body has a hinged top, a door on each side as well as a rear door + tailgate, all with waterproof seals and locks. The full size spare tire is on a swingarm so access to the rear is simple.
ENVIRONMENT: The Howling Moon tent is Africa's best, composite insulated base 25mm thick with thermal retention properties, 400gms/m^2 polyester/cotton ripstop coated fabric resistant to UV, weathering, fungal growth, lions & rain. Not impervious to bears however.
MOBILITY: Tor-flex axle, torsion swing arm suspension, 245/75x15 tires, front & rear rock sliders, removable jockey wheel, surge brakes, special 360 degree rotating hitch.
SPECIFICATIONS: 1323 lbs, gvm 3086 lbs, payload 1746 lbs. Length about 12'5".

REASON FOR SELLING: My life is taking a new direction so am going to be traveling much lighter, this trailer is like new and was only used a handful of times in 2011. I don't mind selling it to a non-Canadian buyer but the legwork for doing so is your responsibility. Am willing to negotiate some delivery terms (think beer) if buyer is far.
