i paid 23,500 for my 2010 OR with 5700 miles on it in jan 2010. Dealers were offering me 500 over invoice for new 2010 OR models in December, which was just over 27k iirc.

Sounds like they took the KBB of the vehicle and added the NEW value of all the aftermarket stuff on the vehicle. I would think that there is no way they are going to get that amount for the vehicle.
