Great build, i was following it for awhile then i got involved in my own build lol, then i come back to see your sas swap! I was thinking of doing the 80 swap in my H3t but was getting concerned about the abs tone ring. How are you going to tackle that?

Oh Am4x4 is a good friend of mine ( was my bestman) and and i have the prototype steering clamp for my hummer. Thanks for hooking up the 355 nation with him!

Thanks , right now I'm not going to do anything with the abs but when I find more time and can talk more with a tuner about getting the programming to match up so the Toyota sensors work with the chevy computer but if I can't I'm just going to remove the fuses for abs and open up the cluster and remove the LEDs for the dummy lights . I'm not a big fan of abs anyway and my trucks not a daily driver anymore

Cool , I take it your the one who tested it in Moab ? He seams like a great guy and I was happy to help get a good product to the Colorado guys sense there is not much aftermarket support for them

Nope i was the other one lol. I dont have a rancho lift had to make sure it would work with the diff in the way. The hummers go crazy with traction and abs disabled. I think the abs 80's have like a 47 tooth ring versus our 55 tooth. Truck looks great!

Oh ok yeah I remember him saying it went on a stock front end also . Haha that sucks the colorados just get lights on the ads but it does not cause any issues with the truck , I guess it's because you guys have a full time t-case and ours is not . Thanks for the info on the tone rings I have not pulled the axle apart yet to count mine

You got a build thread on your T ? Sweet trailer also , good work ! I need to get working on my trailer soon

Been working on the wheels a bit

Air soft beads to balance the tires starting with 7oz

Wheel and tire just rolled up agents the truck , the front truck tire is in a low spot and the 37 is on a sigh spot so it looks like a tight fit but really the truck will be about 3" or 4" higher on the tire

Ill be mounting the rest of the tires tomorrow
