This is a nice build! I've been liking the Colorado/Canyon more and more and since this build am now considering one.
Good work on those bumpers, do you figure you saved money fabbing them as opposed to buying??
Thanks yeah I saved money I have about $450-500 in matirels for both front and rear bumper and tire carrier and a lot of my time but that's free and I now have bumpers that look and work the way I want them to and the only 2 places that sell bumpers for my truck want over a grand each and they are bulkier and I really don't care for the look of them as much and I don't think they offer a tire carrier
With those fenders on there you could almost get rid of the lift and still run those tires. Or keep the lift and run 37's!!! I like the bumpers, very good job making everything flow with the body lines.
I should be outside working on my Jeep but just read your entire build thread, some very nice work and it is apparent that you are a GM junkie which is a good thing. What did you use for your swivel point on the swing out and what did you use for your latches?
