2012 Fuso Canter RUST AN ISSUE?

Hi all I've found this online I think its an ex-mining vehicle not many K's on it
How bad is this rust under the chassis here?
I've been told to stay away from ex-miners but some people have said occasionally you can get a bargain

You're in luck. I just happen to be an expert on this AND that is a very clean example. Minimal rust, that's just pain in the ass rust (hard to break free). Power wash it, paint it with POR15 or just PB blast it as is to prevent it from taking hold. You're good, i was in the mining equipment repair business for years and this is a nice machine.
