Selling our wonderful little fiberglass camper - has been on some great adventures with us but we are moving to a new house and don't have parking.

We've made several signifigant upgrades:
- Captains chairs removed and replaced with a bench for more floor space
- Original battery replaced with sealed AGM battery roughly double the size (100 amp hours)
- Painted cabinets to modernize looks and added a backsplash over the sink
- Brakes and bearings re-done
- Custom mattress topper makes the bed a lot more comfortable

A couple small imperfections worth noting:
- camping in some heavy winds last summer the door swung open against the rim of the camper and dented itself - its been repaired with fiberglass but the repair is somewhat visible - on the bright side the repair is far more durable than the original design and should make another dent far less likely.
- the vent cover for the grey water tank became brittle and cracked - everything is still 100% functional and a new part is on the way from casita that I would be happy to include with the sale.
- casita decals are a bit faded, you could order new ones from casita or remove these old ones if you'd like, purely cosmetic.

It has AC for hot summers and both electric and propane heat for winter camping. It came from the factory with the double propane tanks - we've only had to refill them once in our many adventures. Additionally from the factory this casita has the lifted "off-road" suspension (2" lift) and the hitch is electric for relatively easy hitching/un-hitching. The Fiamma awning works really well and is easy to extend/stow solo. Trailer weight is roughly 3200lbs and it tows extremely well behind our 4cl ford ranger.

Afraid it’s sold! For info the bench could have a center panel added to turn it into a 36x76” sleeping platform
