I gotcha. A proper van build is my dream also. For us, it works better for traveling having the seating and living area all connected. Cost and storage (we have an HOA) becomes an issue. We loved our old VW Vanagon Syncro but as we all know they can be mechanical nightmares.

I'll let your add run for a bit before I bother you more. Someone will likely snag it up since it is a pretty killer deal for a setup like this. I have over $70k into my Tacoma and FWC, and for this price your rig is a steal.
