Very special and well cared for rig up for sale and ready for your next overlanding and car camping adventure. This is great way to see all of the out of the way places in the beautiful desert Southwest. It's turn key with all the camping equipment needed to head out overlanding as soon as it's picked up.

This is a highly built-out 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X. This was the last year that the Xterra was built. If you've ever talked to an Xterra owner, you know how special these vehicles are, especially the second generation. You’re basically getting the capability, exceptional design and reliability of a Toyota 4Runner without the inflated price. The Pro-4X version is the rare top of the line trim built by the factory specifically for off-road conditions with 4 wheel drive Hi and Lo, and center and rear differential locks.

We're the second owners. The first owner did most of the modifications and kept the rig in Oakland, CA. We bought it 2021 and further built it out for camping comfort in the Arizona desert. It's never been a daily driver and has not been taken rock-crawling, just overlanding.

Modifications and add-ons include:
• Shrockworks front bumper
• Shrockworks rear swing arm bumper
• Shrockworks rock sliders
• Alcan rear leaf spring pack customized for +500 pounds
• Radflo 2.5 coilovers with remote resevoirs in front and rear
• Spidertrax wheel spacers
• 33" BF Goodrich KO2 tires (285/75 R16), plenty of tread left
• Gobi roof rack and ladder
• Rear differential breather kit
• Airflow Snorkel
• K&N air filter
• Magnaflow muffler
• Custom storage boxes in rear compartment with fridge slide
• Rangler interior cargo ceiling net
- CVT St. Helens roof top tent
- ARB 38L fridge on a sliding tray
- 23Zero Peregrine 180 awning
- Fog lights on roof rack
- Light bar on front bumper
- Rear window MOLLE panel

Items that come with the Xterra include:

- Jackery 500 power station with USB and 110V outlets
- VIAIR 300P air compressor
- tool kit
- leveling blocks
- two sleeping bags
- two compact pillows
- two 3 gallon water jugs
- 2 gallon portable shower
- cooking equipment
- one burner butane stove
- one Buck knife
- 110V battery charger
- jumper cables
- branch cutter
- axe
- folding shovel

This is a very well equipped and capable rig that will take you to beautiful places.

Additional info:
- There is a small 2" dent on the hood
- There is some very minor pinstriping
- Minor fading of the exterior plastic parts
- The rooftop tent has a repair on one of the lift assembly attachment points. It's been used many times since the repair with no issues.
- The roof of the tent has some fading and peeling. It does not affect the function of the tent.
- The magnaflow exhaust makes the vehicle louder inside. Just an FYI. It's still a very comfortable ride on the highway.
- The vehicle went out on rental about 5 times. The rest of the time it was in private use.

How about some interior pics please? Same question as above, are the rear seats removed and if so do you still have them?
