Fully loaded off-road teardrop trailer for sale! We are selling our 2015 So-Cal 510XS (assembled by Great Lakes Teardrops). Large interior, 58” x 86” sleeps two with space for two more in an optional rooftop tent. Perfect for family camping in a small, off-road capable trailer. The trailer has been stored indoors except when in use on a couple trips a year since 2015. Asking $17,000 for trailer or $20,500 for tent and trailer package. Trailer original price $29,702, tent original price $4,499.
This was my father’s trailer until it stopped seeing use and we picked it up for use as a family camper. We’ve never taken advantage of the off-road capabilities as our only tow vehicle was a minivan. Nonetheless, the camper has served us well. It tows easily and is a great set up for family camping. We’ve enjoyed several memorable trips through the Midwest, Colorado and Wyoming. We are selling because our needs have changed as our disabled son is getting bigger and accessibility for him is becoming difficult in the teardrop camper setup. Located in Iowa, willing to travel or meet part way for sale.

Only one small leak that developed at the hinge for the rear hatch. Hinge was upgraded to So-Cal’s newer model and resealed. No wood damage thanks to indoor storage. The latch on the upper right cabinet needs repair. Broken ground prong on shore plug but works fine.
