The kit installed pretty easy.....just was time consuming. Longer than I had anticipated.

No issues other than needing to use a pry bar and slightly open up the ccontrol arm mounting areas

A clamp and wood block was def needed to seat the ball joint into the knuckle

I think it took me 5-6 hours when I swapped the A-arms on my old 2500. That was doing it by myself, and not messing with the rear end.

I am glad I went with the 4" rear block...….still has a small rake to it

If I went with the Superlift block, I think the truck would not even be level

I have the Z71 package, so that comes with Rancho shocks in the rear and rancho struts up front

The Superlift kit did come with new, longer rear shocks...….but I did not use them. They seemed "generic" and I feel like the Rancho's might be a tad better of product. In the future, I may look into a Fox or Icon or Bilstein rear shock replacement. In the meantime, I will just run the factory Rancho shocks with the shock extension

Still looking for tires...……….I am in no rush.

These 265s were freshly installed at the dealer when I bought the truck, so they have less than 7,500 mile on them

I am still looking at a programmer/tune for the truck and a Gibson 5656 exhaust

Last night I did install some AVS Vent Shades on the truck...…..cheap with an Advanced Auto coupon code

My friend that installed the 285/65R20 (roughly 34.60" x 11.20") with his 3.5" lift and said he had to trim three times to get the tires to clear

Granted his setup is with 20s with diff backspacing and 1/2" wider rims...……...but I do not want to deal with that large of a tire, power loss, mpg loss, etc...…...

However, his truck is mostly road driven and I do not want to deal with maxing the suspension out and trimming and rubbing

Current/Stock size : 265/65R18; 31.6" x 10.40"


285/65R18; 32.60" X 11.20"
305/65R18; 33.60" X 12.00"

Others say these sizes will fit:
295/70R18; 34.3 " x 11.60"
285/65R18; 32.6" X 11.20"
285/70R18; 33.70" x 11.20"

I really do not want anything over 34" tall (even though the 295 is a nice size)

Will a 12" wide tire clear?

I kinda like these sizes:
305/65R18
285/70R18
295/70R18

Completely fine.....especially with the alignment

I think it honestly rides smoother than stock

I pulled a 20 foot, heavy dual axle trailer with a golf cart yesterday and the truck did good. I will say that my old 2012 F150 Eco seemed to pull and tow better....... but the Silverado gets much better fuel economy, especially when towing

As I continue my search for tires, I am also concerned for a spare tire size.

Yes, I could keep the larger than stock spare in the bed...…..but I don't want to have it taking up space in the already small bed size area

The spare must fit in the stock spare tire location
