Some measurements to see how the list actually turned out:

Stock with Cap:
Driver Front: 36.250”
Passenger Front: 35.875”
Driver Rear: 37.875”
Passenger Rear: 38.125”

With 3.5" Superlift kit:
Driver Front: 39.750" (+ 3.50")
Passenger Front: 39.875" (+ 4.00")
Driver Rear: 40.250" (+ 2.375")
Passenger Rear: 41.375" (+ 3.25")

After tires:

Driver front : 40.625"
Passenger front: 40.750"

Driver rear: 41.125"
Passenger rear: 41.500"

Tires look great. Fills up the wheel wells perfectly and the added tread width should be nice

Going to look for a used , matching size spare

I wonder if the 295/65 size will fit in the stock spare location?

I'm thinking about also finding a used 275/70 (also a 33" tall tire) since it's only 11" wide and won't hang down as far as the 11.80" wide tire

Anyone see anything wrong with running a 275/70 as a spare?

I am also going to shop around for a simple canned programmer......mostly to adjust the tire size

I also want one that turns off AFM and also to adjust the pedal sensitivity (like what the pedal commander does)

As far as your spare, does your truck have 4all time or just 2hi 4hi 4 low?

Wow is that a complex transfer case.

I'd say you would probably be ok in 2/4Hi and 4Lo with a 275/70R18 spare. Seeing that the 4awd is controlled with various inputs I couldn't guess if the system will notice the slight difference between the tires. Your OD is close enough but the rotating mass is different.
Considering most people don't rotate the spare tire, it's not inconceivable that you'd have a tire over 1/4" different in diameter on the truck if the other tires are pretty worn down. I'd think the system wouldn't be so precise to notice that but I'm not mechanic or engineer.

295/65R18 : 33.10 x 11.80

275/70R18 : 33.10 - 33.20 x 10.80 - 11.00

Hankook Dynpro is 33.10 x 10.80 in the 275/70

I would most likely find a good used 275/70 tire also so it should be spot on with the diameter of the 295/65

That's what I mean the OD is close enough as in there is probably just as much diameter variance in brands in one size as between the ones u have and the 270.
I don't know how sensitive the electronics that operate the clutches in the transfer case are. I skimmed the transfer case link and it takes input from wheel speed sensors and other information, so don't know if it would pick up the different weights of the tires.

When considering spare tires used with 4WD/AWD, remember that through the lifetime of a truck tire, wear will reduce its diameter by .6-.9 inches, depending on original tread depth. If you don't include the spare in the rotation pattern, then you can very likely find yourself running a spare that is nearly an inch taller than the rest of the tires, which is apparently a situation that the automakers are OK with since full size trucks don't generally include a matching spare wheel and tire. With the size tire you're running, I'd feel very comfortable with any 32"-33" tire for a spare. A new 265/70r18 is usually around 32.6" according to the spec sheets, comfortably splitting the difference between a new and a worn-out 33" tire, while being even narrower for improved clearance below the spare.

What size is your spare wheel? It wouldn't surprise me if the stock spare is a 17" wheel with a 265/70r17 tire, since that would match the OD of the original 265/65r18 tires. If that's the case, you may have to consider something like a 255/75r17 or 255/80r17, or buy a new spare 18" wheel.
