Offroad tent trailer that was manufactured by Livin Lite when they had a branding partnership with Jeep. This is the most offroad capable version they made with a more robust aluminum frame, full belly steel skid plate, 35-inch tires with wheels that are bolt pattern matched to Jeeps, and 15-inches of ground clearance. The trailer is constructed almost entirely of aluminum so there is no wood to rot, cabinets to break, etc. Interior has a queen size bed, a couch (folds down to sleep a small child and has storage underneath), removable table, storage cabinet, and basic electrical system (12v outlets run on battery, AC plugs operate with shore power plug). There is NO built-in water system, toilet, stove, fridge, heater, or AC. I have a portable chinese diesel heater (made by Sunster) that I'll include if the buyer wants it. Has emergency break away brakes and Optima blue top battery. Dry weight is approximately 1300-lbs.
Excellent condition, always garage stored. There is a small dent in the front diamond plate near the battery box, otherwise everything is in perfect condition. The manufacturer supplied mattress sucks pretty bad, new owner should probably consider replacing it with an Exped Megamat Duo or something more comfortable. During setup, opening the lid/bed is pretty heavy/awkward. It can be done by one strong adult, but is much easier/safer if two people open it together.
Clean CA title with permanent trailer tags, so registration is super cheap ($45 per 5-years). $7500 Located in Santa Maria, CA
Here are a couple online articles with more information about the trailer
