There is not $20k there Johnbonn, and yes the extra cash would help as the bill I received last week was higher than expected for my daughters knee surgery. Great honesty and I would love to deal with someone who is upfront like you. Unfortunately not in the market given it is crappy German engineering and the three pointed star means arrogant over priced dealer service.

I completely agree. I can't seem to understand why people get all worked up when someone calls out a flip or a previous for sale price. There is nothing wrong with it. The houses people own have this information publicly available. Free speech works both ways. Kudos to the owner he quickly owned up on this fact. And as I said, the three pointed star is the only reason I have not considered putting in a offer.

IMHO, A member giving other potential buyers here a heads up about reasonable values, comparative pricing info, or flips, etc., would simply be acting in accordance to some of the shared values we might hold towards our brother members of this great, helpful, simpatico, affinity group. But sadly, we’re slowly slip sliding away from that positive sense of camaraderie, as too many posts these days seem to unreasonably piss someone off.
