Does this one have the outside shower and water heater? If not can it be added as an option? Have pets been in it for the adventures? It looks very clean.

This camper does not have the hot water heater or shower option, but can be added.

Shower and water heater options can be added. I do not own pets, but friends visit with their dog occasionally.
