Added a shorty antenna today, and put the 2018 bypass harness in as well. I plan on doing a few updates with AlfaOBD soon.

Beginning with model years 2018 and above Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM vehicles are equipped with a new device called a security gateway module. The purpose of the gateway module is to prevent CAN bus hacking over the 3G or LTE network. This wiring allows you to bypass it. I need to bypass it because I am going to make a few changes to the truck using the AlfaOBD App. I already have the App and the bluetooth OBD module to make the changes, I have just been waiting on this wiring to come in.

I did that 2 years ago, it’s. It as good but it works
I just took mine off and run with no antenna. I found that I hadn't used anything but satellite and my phone in 80,000 miles. I keep it under the back seat by the wall next to my 1/2" breaker bar just in case I ever want to reinstall it for some crazy reason.

Drove it yesterday to the country and reception is fine. I purchased the 17" version so I expect it is near stock performance. They have multiple versions, so just purchase the one that fits your needs, longer or shorter.
What length did you end up purchasing?
********! Just the opposite. I listen to AM radio 740, and FM talk radio almost every morning and afternoon on the drive to and from work. The only time we listen to the phone is when the whole family is on trips.
