There have been some recurring questions that I'll sum up here and update the post with as well:
Suspension: Timbren axle-less
Wheel/tire combo: 6x5.5 wheels w/ 33x10.5R15LT tires including the spare
Overall dimensions: 78.5" tall and 16' 3" long from hitch to tongue. (It's currently stored in a standard-size garage from the 90's w/ the tent removed).
RTT is the standard Roam Vagabond - it has been stored in the garage since I bought the trailer as I've not had a need for it and is in great shape. Both the tent and the awning come with the attachable enclosure.
Asking price for everything is $25K at this point. TX title and trailer details in-hand.
