2019 Tacoma TRD Pro

Toyota has tweaked the Tacoma TRD Pro suspension for 2019. Longer front springs add an inch of ride height. Softer rear springs increase articulation. (no word on the effect of the new spring rates on cargo capacity.) Fox shocks are used to make for a supple ride. The TRD Pro ( and presumably other Tacoma models) can be equipped with a factory snorkel. 31 inch tall tires are standard.

Cool to see them come from the factory with bypass shocks. And they at least get an atta boy for the snorkel, despite it being kinda heinous.

But still with the rear drum brakes...

Looks good overall, but that snorkel looks odd to me so high above the roof line. I think it would look better if it was even with or just slightly above the roof.

This is the same visual issue I have with adapting the Landcruiser snorkel for the 4th gen 4runners. :snorkel:
