Would really love to get back down that way again as the last time was back in 1996 when I was a fair bit younger. If this CV19 ever settles down, then I would love to plan to see the Grampians for sure

That's some major mileage to put down in a Defender. Very nice trip in every way.

Yes, the Defender went really well... my fellow travellers were a little bit envious when it came to camp setup time... I just stopped, got out and opened the back door and I was done... It was so good after a LONG day of driving to be able to crawl in the back and go to sleep...
