2021 Ram 5500 with 2022 Host cascade

I most likely will at some point. I did on my last flat bed. Still looking around to see whats best and waiting for better weather.

Gotcha. Asking these questions trying to plan for the future. However I have been reading that airing down 19.5" tires is not recommended and those are the tires that are on a Ram 5500. One of our favorite things to do is take our truck camper to Cape Lookout and camp right on the beach, several times a year. The sand at Cape Lookout is not like Daytona-it can be deep and soft in many places and airing down is a must. The cost and other issues around super-singles make them unattractive to me, so I may look to upgrade my current Ram 3500 SRW to a DRW instead of a 5500. I think I can stay under payload rating of a Ram 3500 diesel DRW with a Cascade.

If your careful loading it you should be able to stay under with a 3500. You can air down 19.5 a little. Just have to watch the beads.
