We’re letting go of our 2022 Dodge Ram Power Wagon—a custom overland flatbed rig with a Overland Explore Vehicles camper that my wife and I poured our hearts into having built. This truck was built for our honeymoon road trip to Alaska and travels beyond. It carried us across the country for weeks and months at a time. It’s rugged, self-sufficient, and tough as hell—everything we needed for our adventures. But we built it as a couple with no kids, now we have 3 under the age of 2 years old (had twins) and its a bit cramped for us so we are looking at getting into a super C 4x4.
Since this picture I've removed all my business' wrap and stickers so the paintjob actually looks brand new. The OEV camper was taken off the truck a couple years ago and has been stored inside our garage.
This is the second overland rig we’ve built together, and with this one, we got it just right. Every detail—power, comfort, functionality—came from lessons learned and late-night talks about what we wanted out of life on the road. But now, with our family growing, we’re stepping up to a full-sized RV. It’s hard to say goodbye, but we’re ready to pass it on to someone who’ll love it like we do.
