Adventure Awaits: Own the Ultimate Off-Grid Legend – Our 2023 Kimberley T3 Kruiser Kamper!

Imagine this: You're deep in the wilds of the Canadian Rockies, miles from the nearest pavement, with nothing but starry skies above and the crackle of your campfire. Inside your rugged sanctuary, you're sipping hot cocoa, lounging in a queen-sized bed, while everything is powered by your extensive battery bank, which is recharged during the day with solar power that keeps everything humming for weeks on end. That's not just a dream – that's the life we've lived with our 2023 Kimberley T3 Kruiser Kamper, and now it's your turn to take the wheel (or hitch) on epic journeys of your own.

We custom-ordered this beast from Kimberley Kampers in Australia back in February 2022, eagerly awaiting its arrival. By Spring 2023, it sailed across the ocean and landed at Kimberley Kampers USA in Ohio, where we hitched it up and hit the road. Since then, this off-road warrior has carried us through countless adventures across the United States and Canada – from dusty desert trails in the Southwest to lush forest hideaways in the Pacific Northwest. We've boondocked off-grid for a week or two at a time, enjoying luxury comforts like hot showers, a spacious interior, and top-tier build quality that laughs in the face of rough terrain. Compared to the domestic RVs we've owned before, this Kimberley is in a league of its own: robust, reliable, and engineered for the long haul. With its aluminum construction throughout – the only wood being those elegant natural bamboo cabinet doors – it's lighter, stronger, and more durable than anything we've towed before.

Sure, like any adventure rig, we've ironed out a few mechanical hiccups since taking delivery in April 2023 – about 5,000 miles in, a fluke wheel bearing gave out near Boise, Idaho. But here's where Kimberley's legendary customer service shines: Within 24 hours of hearing about our breakdown, KKHQ in Australia palletized and shipped a full swing arm assembly to a local RV dealer in Boise (under warranty of course). We were back exploring in just 10 days! And get this – with its dual-axle design, we safely limped over 100 miles on three wheels to get there. Try that with a single-axle trailer! Plus, off-road, the four-wheel setup delivers a buttery-smooth ride that single-axle competitors can't touch, absorbing bumps like a pro.

What makes this T3 Kruiser a true off-grid powerhouse? It's loaded with premium features that kept us comfortable in every climate. Stay toasty with the whisper-quiet diesel-powered Autoterm D4 under-bed air heater and the diesel Elwell hot water and air heater in the en suite bathroom. Chill your provisions in the marine-grade Isotherm refrigerator and separate Isotherm freezer. Power it all with 800 watts of rooftop solar panels, plus a handy plug-in 180-watt portable solar panel for extra juice. The 600 amp-hours of lithium batteries store it efficiently, and we've added custom-manufactured automatic lithium battery heaters to ensure charging even in freezing temps. Speaking of cold weather, the factory-installed package includes extra water tank and pipe insulation, plus 12-volt tank heaters, so you can adventure year-round without worry. With a massive 86 gallons of fresh water on board and no black tank to fuss over – thanks to the game-changing Nature's Head composting toilet – you're free from the limitations of traditional RVs. And for on-the-move charging, the Anderson plug connects seamlessly to your tow vehicle, topping off the batteries quickly while you drive.

Today, our T3 Kruiser is ready for its next owner, still in prime condition. The interior? Pristine, just like the day we picked it up – no sags, stains, or surprises. The exterior shows the honest patina of real-world exploration: a few scratches and scuffs from conquering backcountry paths, but nothing that diminishes its toughness or appeal. We've poured love into solving those early-owner puzzles too – optimized storage, clever organization hacks, and all the initial "new RV bugs" worked out for seamless travels.

Why snag a pre-owned gem like ours instead of splurging on a brand-new one? Let's break it down:

Save Big on the Price Tag:
A fresh-off-the-line Kimberley T3 Kruiser will set you back over $190,000 once you factor in taxes, tariffs, and shipping. Ours? Priced to move for a motivated seller!

Easy Financing: New ones from Australia require four staged payments during the build, with no traditional U.S. financing options. But our privately owned trailer is listed in the NADA guide, making it eligible for standard RV loans through domestic banks – up to 20 years of flexible terms.

Ready-to-Roll Reliability: We've already handled the tweaks and upgrades, so you skip the shakedown period and jump straight into adventure mode.

And peace of mind? It's baked in. The 3-year warranty runs through April 2026, and the rock-solid 5-year frame warranty extends to April 2028. Kimberley's support has been world-class every step of the way – they're as committed to your journeys as we were to our own adventures.

We're shifting gears to new horizons, which means this incredible Kamper is seeking its next explorer. If you're ready to trade ordinary weekends for unforgettable off-grid escapades, don't miss out. Contact us today to schedule a viewing, ask questions, or make an offer – this one's built for legends, and it could be yours!

We are still traveling in the T3 and are currently located in Central and Southern Arizona for most of the winter. If you want to see our T3 in person, or have further questions, reach out by DM, text or call.

Priced to sell at $149,500.

Reasonable offers will be considered.

We will also be selling our tow vehicle, a 2022 Ram 2500 Power Wagon separately but would consider a package deal if someone is looking to purchase a reliable, ready to go setup.

  • Overhead indirect LED lighting in living area along with separate overhead indirect lights over kitchen counter and another over the couch.
  • Overhead Coleman air conditioner which can run off the battery bank and inverter for 4-6 hours, depending on exterior temperatures.
    • The efficient AC, combined with the extreme insulation of the trailer, will easily keep the interior at 65-70F degrees in extreme heat, like summer in AZ.

Bathroom / Ensuite
  • Full width of the rear of the trailer
  • Natureshead composting toilet which typically lasts 4-6 weeks and is super easy to use and clean. This has been a game changer in staying off grid. NO black tank to deal with and much more efficient use of the 85 gallons of onboard fresh water.
  • Bathroom sink with on-demand hot water and dedicated drinking water from cold faucet (for brushing teeth and so forth)
  • Wide bathroom mirror
  • Very roomy shower with step/seat and glass door on rollers.
  • Overhead MaxxAir fans over toilet and another in shower. Both have rain covers so they can be used during foul weather.
  • Large under cabinet storage along with overhead storage in bathroom.
  • Multiple LED lights in the bathroom.
  • Most of the plumbing in the trailer is in the same cabinet as the diesel heater glycol tank, making it easy to prevent water freezing in cold weather.

Note:
  • All cabinetry and interior is built with aluminum and other non-wood products.
  • The only wood product in this trailer is the bamboo cabinet and drawer faces.
  • This is an Australian built trailer. The attention to detail and build quality surpasses most RVs and trailers I have seen produced domestically here in the United States. We have traveled over 40,000 miles with this trailer with many miles off-road, and we have not had to repair anything in the trailer. Everything is as solid as it was the day we took delivery.

Exterior:
  • Front “unipod” large lockable and LED lighted storage area where we keep many outdoor setup supplies along with a smaller 4000W very quiet generator (which will go with the sale of the trailer). There are controls inside the unipod for the trailer, air compressor and air bag suspension.
  • The portable 4000w generator can charge the 600 amp hour lithium batteries from 30% to 100% with one gallon of gas after several days of overcast weather.
  • The 600 amp hour lithium batteries with added automatic heated battery pads are also inside the unipod.
  • 30 amp Smart Plug socket on drivers side of unipod for shore power plug.
  • Very large pass through LED lighted storage, at front, just behind the unipod. We have installed removable teak flooring under our items stored in here to prevent any moisture and condensation in cold or humid weather. Works great!
  • Passenger side 14 foot Fiamma awning with additional signature Kimberley Kamper Bedouin awning extension for additional shade and privacy
  • Two full sized spare tires under the chassis.

Outdoor kitchen:
  • Next to entry door, with slide out stainless sink and folding stainless table extention with running hot water and cold drinking water.
  • Two single burner propane Cook Partner stoves that are on drawer slides as well. (These outdoor stoves are the only propane based items on the trailer. As a result, we have only filled the 20lb propane tank twice in almost 3 years)
  • Passenger side rear, water input for filling onboard water tanks along with outdoor shower outlet.
Driver's side
  • There is a canvas, easily deployed, awning to shade the driver's side windows from sun and rain.
  • The unique hitch to connect to the tow vehicle is a 10,000 lb capacity, Australian built off-road articulating hitch. We have the tow vehicle portion of the hitch on an easily height adjustable 10,000 lb Rhino Hitch. This will go with the sale of the trailer as well.

Roof:
  • 800 watts of top quality thin Merlin solar panels cover most of the roof surface area.
