2025 Chevy Silverado EV WorkTruck w/ Max Range

I am considering one of these. Its the base model and the only model that has 492 miles of range. My trailer is 4,000 pounds loaded with 400 pound tongue weight. I have a 2023 Lexus GX 460.

If this truck qualifies for the 7,500 discount it will be 69k ish. The towing capacity of the Silverado is 10k. It is 233 inches long and weighs 8,700 pounds.

My concern is how will it do off road compared to my GX. It does have 18 " tires so I believe i can put 10 ply ko2s on it.

Looks like 8.9 inches of ground clearance. One size bigger ko3s might get me to 10". Going to measure gx.

It's not just about ground clearance, it's the overall vehicle size, and also mostly depends on the terrain you expect to encounter. If the typical fill size pickup can go where you normally go, then the Silverado will probably make it. If it's challenging terrain for your GX, then the Silverado probably won't make it.
