I ordered a dash organizer to help with some storage needs.

I might consider a swing out tool box, like what I had on my old Silverado truck. It will definitely be a driver size mount, so it doesn't block or interfere with the 110V power outlet on the passenger side

There was about 5 inches of snowfall yesterday and even in 2WD the Canyon, did very well

Put the truck in 4WD Auto and there was great traction!

My Hi Lift kit will be kept inside the truck for now, until I can get a cover and small box

I drilled and modified the handle for a 5/16" bolt. The stock pin and ring clip was too loose. It's a rock solid handle and attachments now

Even found two perfectly matching old furniture wrenches I kept, to keep inside the bag for the 3 bolts (one for the two piece handle, one for the attachments and one as a spare bolt)

The tailgate storage feature is pretty neat. Probably will be used for tow straps, tow ropes and gloves.......lightweight items

Insane how much the dealer and oil change shops charge.......$95-$110

I bought 6 quarts of 5W-30 full synthetic and an oil filter for $38 with tax

GM stated the oil must be Dexos 1 approved and not all full synthetic oil meets this criteria

Yes I bought it used at a GMC dealer, with the remainder of the factory 3/36 and 5/60 warranty

Window sticker shows 17 / 21 for EPA MPG
