What is a "frame cutback"?

There’s a tiny bit of metal in the wheel well that prevents clean no rubbing of larger tires on Tacoma’s. Basically you cut it back and then sand, weld a plate on and paint. Keeps tire from rubbing while fully articulating with 33”+ tires on the Tacoma platform.
