Pretty clean, but still well overpriced.
In this market Id say it is still a sub 100k rig
Again, it is a very clean build-out.

And the state of the art tools must not have included the $80 pex crimp tool.
Or perhaps the seller thinks that $200+ in sharkbite fittings are better
Seriously, there are a LOT of sharbite fittings in there.... I counted more than 25 alone in that visible water system area

I hate to ramble on about this but I can't help it. I would not comment at all if it were a listing by the seller, by the way.

Does anyone have any idea of the abuse and it would take to put 136k on a school bus?

For the $250k asking price it isn't even 4wd. There isn't ANY overland/van/RV type thing like this out there anywhere near this price that is 2wd? Of course everyone doesn't want or need 4wd but he's asking Earthroamer pricing for a clapped out 20 year old school bus.

I see about $40k total. Maybe 5 for the van, ANYONE even taking a second look should find out what he bought it for. I doubt more than 5 grand. Virtually everything in it except the composting toilet looks to be from Home Depot.

Just blows my mind that anyone in any overhyped city or overhyped #vanlife-style could offer this up with a straight face. But hey, what do I know about 'art'.

It's a nice build.

$50-75k would be reasonable (and that's a lot for any 2wd school bus conversion)

I think the seller will inevitably realize that their price is insane. But if they built this to sell, I'm surprised they don't have a more realistic understanding of the market value.
