Let's see. $15k Bus (generous)
so many questions on the "build".

$250K does not compute... Even if you classify it as "art" it doesn't compute.

It looks like a really nice build. The price I cannot even get close to seeing. A 2WD chassis as others have pointed out are not expensive. Even if you threw new engine and transmission in it, it's still, not the $250k number. The owner is very proud of the unit!

Maybe his wife is telling him he has to get rid of it so he is "selling" it. Of course he can't get less than what he's put into it with parts and labor. I may or may not have done the same thing to appease the wife.

Pretty clean, but still well overpriced.
In this market Id say it is still a sub 100k rig
Again, it is a very clean build-out.

And the state of the art tools must not have included the $80 pex crimp tool.
Or perhaps the seller thinks that $200+ in sharkbite fittings are better
Seriously, there are a LOT of sharbite fittings in there.... I counted more than 25 alone in that visible water system area

Shark bites are great. If they are not buried. 25 is a ton tho. Why mention them?

No dedicated bed. No bathroom sink. ****** with the side mirror? Put in a real door. 8 people comfortably on roof? Funny. No awning?

And the toilet? Bend over, back it up and pray you land on the pot without hitting your head.

The guy wants 250k for a good looking home depot interior, deck, rack and solar.

Oh... sorry it is in Boulder. Someone up their will buy a 20k bus with 50k worth of work for 200k, finance it to learn that it can be insured for 30k. I bet it drives like ******** to boot. No doubt someone will buy this for a lot of money and then spend 10k fixing just the mechanical stuff. No 7.3 lives 1M miles without meticulous maintenance its entire life and I doubt it would without rebuild.
