3rd gen 4runner dual swing out

Just finished up this bumper for a friend with the 4x4labs shell. He wanted a tube/plate hybrid and I think it turned out pretty good.

I bought the shell ,spindles ,latch. And some of the gussets. I built the brackets, wings ,swing arms and basket. I'm not sure what the shell was originally for but with some minor modification it worked out well.
