4 speed vs 5 spd in E350's?

How much difference does it make in daily driving, assuming same engine?

Is there a reliability difference in the vans?

I do like the lower first gear on paper, but is it worth searching out?

I tried to search, but my Google **** is weak today.

I read the forums for the V10 because thats whats in my E350. Those that went from the 4 to the 5 speed really like it. I'd give extra value to to the 5 and both hold up well.
