Drew -
I'd like to meet up and see these. Very similar to what has worked in my 80 for 15 years and I have plans to rebuild this season. I'm also considering a water tank.

Can I inquire if you were able to use a type of lower ball joint tool and do those yourself while the LCAs was still on the vehicle?

Much appreciated!

Sure did, rented the heavy duty “c-clamp” style from O’Rilieys, I bought a 2” black pipe cap to drive the new LBJ’s into place. This job fought me the whole way but I’m a ? ? ? mechanic at best. I keep the lower control arms in place.

Really appreciate the detailed photos and descriptions of all the work you've done on your 100. I don't know that I'd ever have the patience to do even 20% of what you've done, especially the roof rack, but the effort and skill clearly shows in your work. Thanks for sharing!

Finally getting the drawers wrapped up... just in time for the snow to fly! Hard wire for the fridge and it goes back in!

I built a quick and dirty electrical panel to house some of the electrical system. I used a textured piece of ABS that matched nearly perfectly.

First time using Raptor Liner... what an awesome product that far exceeded my high expectations. I am going to spray this stuff in the tub of my FJ40 next spring and I am excited to use it again.
