I climbed under a Pathfinder conversion about 15 years ago and was horrified at what I saw. It looked like it was engineered and fabricated by someone who had never done anything like that before and without a clue .

Pretty sure its not an E150 with 8 lug wheels and a diesel. I do know somebody that swapped a Cummins into a F150

Pretty sure it’s not a factory diesel, gauge say “unleaded gasoline only” , and whats a 6.8 litre diesel? If it’s a 6.9 you can keep it! Boat anchor.

Must have been a swap. 250 was the smallest that came with a diesel. I had a 1986 F-250 with a 6.9. Banks turbo kit. Boat anchor is right.
