A whirlwind of completed projects.. A small tip, save the hardware from your rehab. I don't know how many different length and size screws were in a single cabinet. I ended up reusing much of it despite purchasing a bunch of "bronze-tin " hardware.

Floors laid-
We did a lot of research on flooring, one would think a simple topic. But much like the common heated debates found on Portal arguing the merits of velcro vs. sewing on of patches you get opposing viewpoints.
One flooring guy suggest :

But if you call them they will quickly tell you it s a no go! This flooring doesn't like extreme temperature fluctuations you have in a vehicle. Many have still opted for it with mixed results.
I have used peel and stick tile and had mixed results as well. Did great until a cold and damp evening seemed to release all the glue.
Laminate flooring was a suggestion as it floats and should do well with a flexible floor found in an RV. Major concern here was "water proof"
Good old linoleum ? This was not a terrible option and we almost did it. But it was hard to find a pattern of "wood looking" floor that wasn't dated.
The last option ( we discounted tile and real wood because of weight)
So what did we go with ?
We stopped by one of the big box stores Lowes and jackpot! ( well we will see if this was a good choice)

Engineered plank style linoleum with built in weather guard, and click in tongue and groove.
