Hello, I am looking for 5 Gallon Water Can Covers? Scepter style cans... I looked here for previous threads and online but struggled to find anything. The little I found were A LOT of money. Found some surplus stuff but even that was sold out.
I'd also like it to have a hole/slot up top so I can lash it more securely?

I have one of those canvas covers that I never used, bought it for a desert trip. Sitting in my storage area waiting to be used. Be willing to part with it if you can't find any.

Can a cable be run through multiple cans to secure and lock?

You can run a cable through to keep them from walking away but secure them to something that cannot be moved.
