After some digging i find that mine was delivered.. but not to me. I called and they are sending out another free of charge.

harbor freight has this same light, with flasher mode. $5.99 been using these for a long time, cheap and they work great!

UPDATE....on my $1 light. It got stuck ON 2 times yesterday. Had to remove the batteries 2 times. Its working normal now???
