the ZF swap into my van will be SLOW, if at all. this is a back burner thing as i have a more than fulltime job, and am building my own 2 br house with 3 bay heated concrete shop to house a couple hoists. That said i love vans but am not an auto fan. I actually had a rare spare hour and then ran into lunch, so took the pedal box out of my 95 psd (dead) van and used the pedals from a 91 F150 I will be using as much ford parts as possible for this, here is the first demo fit. thanks for reading

That actually looks pretty promising. Where is the shift lever going to end up in relation to the doghouse opening?

well not quite sure yet i think it is going to hit right where the metal tunnel hits the floor,i have to pull the trans for rear main seal anyway, and if the standards a no go its getting an older auto from my 91 F250 lol. i will be doing this after i get back from Desert Hot Springs, need a vacation, Canada is cold! sorry my welds arent mega pro all i have is flux core right now

What motor?351 windsor?I am hoping to swap a zf in my 94 with a 351.What are you planning for the ecm?A reflash?

I lucked into a diesel, but this one was going to be behind 5.8, was hoping the ecm wouldn't care like my older F series computer truck
