Former Ambulance, rear interior gutted and retrofitted.
Full size bed with 6” memory foam and custom zipped covers that collapses in 3 ways and can make bunk style beds for 2 bros. Full bed, inner facing L couch, outer facing L couch, bench, and bunk as pictured

Peel and stick wood vinyl flooring. With extra supplied.
Custom wood stain walls, windows and doors. Walls have Reflectix insulation.
Re-inserted large cabinet with sliding shelves and locking cabinets for extra security.
Long 10+ ft top shelf for storage / surfboard rack or other utility
110 Amp hour Interstate AGM house battery with Blue Sea Systems Automatic Charging Relays (ACRs) connected to dual van battery
3 9V (DC only) and USB outlets installed in 3 areas in back of van connected to battery via Blue Sea Systems ST Blade ATO/ATC Fuse Block
Recessed LED ceiling lights in 3 zones for brightness
Remote control LED colored lights connected to main battery for redundancy
Left and right exterior dual LED camp lights.
Lots of extras to make it turnkey to camp and even live. I have a kitchen box I pullout and use when I camp. Use a 7 gallon water jug and a commercial grade EZup.
