Now that's a real treasure! I already knew about TravelRoads web service by the US Agricultural Department but other sites are new to me. I enjoyed GasBuddy most of all - It's really convenient stuff. Can anybody suggest some good weather apps as well? I'm looking for such a service that has a good system of notifications. I've found this article about one of the weather apps but not sure if it's what I need.

One thing I am looking for is a navigation app that allows for types of roads. Our truck is a 11 ton truck and it would be nice to have a navigation app that takes this into account.

Can anybody suggest some good weather apps as well? I'm looking for such a service that has a good system of notifications.

Accuweather is the best one that I know of—it handles notifications really well and gives surprisingly accurate forecasts even per hour—unlike the others. I think it’s free.

4x4 Inclinometer Trial is okay on Android. I'd still like to find a better one.
