80psi Tire Options - 35" or 37", 17" rims, 3PMS

I don't want to turn this into a M.T. Baja Boss thread but, I went up into the lower mountains the other day before they closed the road. Tires were great. Granted they're brand new. No problems on the icy road in, deep mud and snow, I didn't even have it in 4wd. I wanted to test out the tires and pop off some rounds. Only thing I regret is not getting 37's. The 255/85/17's look a little small in the wheel wells.

Appreciate the replies. Because we drive snowy/icy mountain roads all the time we don't want a wide tire, and we aren't doing anything extreme with a camper on so there's no real value for us.

We'll likely end up with 37" Wildpeaks on a 17" or 18" rim.

We've been testing the Nitto Recon Grappler AT 37x11.5R17 on our Bronco. It is a sweet tire size and specs are great too. 3,970 load capacity @ 65lbs. 70.61 lbs. 3 ply sidewall (unlike the Wildpeak) great for airing down off road. Rather quiet. Significantly quieter than the Toyo RT Trail tires.

Would absolutely consider for the truck camper.
