Update: Got her home and all is well! I did an oil change right off the bat, replaced the rear brake pads and rotors, drive belts and the battery. It also needed an alignment, but everything is running like new now. Had it looked over by the local Rover specialist here and they gave it a clean bill of health. I plan to drive it for the winter as-is, then will do some more preventative maintenance in the spring and start thinking about mods...
