89 1st gen build up

well ive had my truck for awhile now,
its got the typical rot for canadian 1st gens
its got a leaky v6 (being fixed)
the top end is all ripped apart a.t.m
it has a 2 inch block in the rear
i just picked up some new torsion bar bolts to crank up tomorrow
ill post some pics of the carnage later

How long have you had it? Sounds like you'll be getting to know the mechanical parts pretty well as the weather warms up. Luckily, there is alot of pre-existing knowledge and products to turn it into whatever you want it to be. I've had my '88 for nearly 6 years and it's never left me on the side of the road, but I found out there's always some new minor project that can be done to make it a bit more utilitarian. Enjoy

as much as i like the glass products (I've been looking at them since i bought the truck) i think I'm gonna go with a company in Quebec that does steel, when im ready. im more concerned about getting it back to a reliable mini beast.

these guys do the bedsides for $275 and there a lil closer then b.c for me

well its nice out today ...kinda....
got the valve covers almost done .....
gotta go get a few bolts to replace some rusted/rounded ones
hopefully it'll get wrapped up this weekend/today
