9/32s too worn?

I need a set of winter tires and looked at a set of 4 Bridgestone Winter Duellers that have 9/32s left in the center. the edges show wear but not cupped... worth $250? or bite the bullet/wait for better?

Seems like nearly $300 for tires that I MAY only get two seasons out of is not worth it.... thoughts?

What size do you need Jay? I've got several used sets in various sizes taking up space in the shed and might have something that will work for you. Shoot me a PM or give me a call at home.
