Add to above (if I didn't miss it):

Flush brake fluid and power steering fluid.
Contact dealer and run VIN for recalls and service bulletins.
Starter contacts and alternator brushes seem to be popular PM items.
Inspect front wheel bearings, especially for noise (assuming non-locking hubs using a "case" bearing).
Use Toyota coolant, with distilled water.
Check rear axle seals and under the wheel cylinder dust boots while you are inspecting the rear brakes.
Many people replace all the coolant hoses at 90K, especially on the V6 since the timing belt and water pump will already be out. You will have to do them eventually, now is probably a good time.
I did not look to see if your spare is in stock location, but if it is, service the winch.
Consider replacing the O2 sensors in the near future, especially as gas goes up. It may help your cats last longer, too.
If your battery is original, start shopping...
Professionally detail or have the truck detailed...you will feel better about spending all the time and money on the 90K service. :yikes:

Regarding where to buy, Toyota of Dallas has had a good rep, AFAIK. I think they have a 25% discount from list. After dealing with my local dealer, I'd seriously consider an on-line source first.
