Trail Outfitters
Observer
Hi I am selling my nearly 100% finished FJ60 Land Cruiser Restoration. I am moving in a couple weeks and decided not to bring it with me. Going back to school so the money will go a long way!
I purchased it a couple years ago from the Original owner after the original 2f went out. I was just going to replace the motor, but ended up going all out with it.
This has been a long project for me and I have put countless hours and $$$ into it.
It runs great and looks beautiful. Has a current smog.
Here is a link to a thread detailing just some of the work done.

It is best to see the Cruiser in person to go over everything and take it for a spin.
A bit about the Cruiser:
-Purchased from the Original owner.
-Replaced the 2f with a motor with 175k miles with ALL new gaskets...Runs great
-Painted and/or undercoated the entire undercarraige from the axles up.
-Many new parts including: OEM shocks, tires, brakes, U-joints, cooling system, rebuilt carb, vaccum lines, and many smog parts just to name a few.
-Entire emmissions system gone through to stock specs. Passed smog.
-Every part and hardware removed was cleaned and/or painted.
-Driveshafts rebalanced
-Rims and chrome polished
-ETC ETC ETC ETC
What it needs:
Hood needs to be painted (replaced it due to damage from a tree limp. Not major damage, but easier to replace than fix)
Rear bumper
Driver seat bottom
Radio
The paint and body work is not 100%, but still looks great.
Maybe a few other misc items...
Ready to drive home and enjoy as is!
The Cruiser is located in Placerville, CA outside of Sacramento.
I am asking $7500 obo. It will be worth more when finished. Looking for a quick sale. Wasn't expecting to need to sell it.
Please call Scott at 530-401-2023 if you are interested. You can email me as well at s_rist@yahoo.com.
Thanks for looking.
