We are starting another smallish project in the next week or so, so I figured I'd try to actually document this one. Goal is a decent off road ride keeping room to sleep in, storage, etc.
here's the pile of plasma cut parts to make these arms.

Got the lower arms welded up, headed to pick up the OME rear coils now.
Rear is getting the coils and King bolt in 2.5" shocks.

Checking clearances/making shock mounting points. Looks like a hair over 14" wheel travel possible, and will be all bolt on.

Nicely Done. Also look at Tundra front axle shafts. Stock, they are longer. That might be a better solution than what you've got going on there.

Otherwise, excellent welding!

If I was a betting man, I would bet that those shafts are purely for mockup.

What he said! Just to check length, that shaft will go to our axle guy to make a pair of 300m shafts.

As of now, no plans to delete the lower balljoint. Total chaos already makes an adapter, but generally balljoint failures come from over extending them from what I've seen. Bumpstops and limit straps are balljoint's friends.

nice build, lets see the rear.

Hey, I know that screen name!
Rear hasn't been touched yet, going to gusset the uca mounts and set the front down then do the rest while waiting for the axle shafts to come in.

Got the new 300m axle shafts connected to the rebuilt/cleaned up cv's. Gotta finish one other truck and then I'm back into this project.

Those shafts are good looking! What did they cost if you don't mind sharing? Would he be willing to do another set?
