Long time ago when I owned a 79 Widetrack Cherokee, I've been having biennial battles with California smog check; as I was researching the options to make it to run leaner, I came across the Colorado-specific recommendation to change the jets in the 2150 carburettor to lean out the mixture at higher elevations. My AMC 360 ran fine (if a little stinky) from below sea level to 9k ft above, so I kept it stock.Hey pmatusov,
I've got a Colorado "High Altitude Package" that includes 3.31 gears. But, I don't know if it has a Colorado specific carb upgrade... Maybe I do! Can you tell me more about it?
